What's LA Green Drinks?

It's a gathering of like minded eco-friendlies who chat about the environment over drinks. An open social group where learning, laughing and sharing info about the environment is topic #1. There are 6 Green Drink events in Los Angeles. This one takes place in Pasadena the second Wednesday of every month.

Green Drinks opened a Pasadena chapter in August and are already getting roughly 25 people per event. While the group is open to everyone, I've found most who attend are in their 20's to 30's. I dropped by last month's gathering... it was a lot of fun.

Drinking begins at 7pm and ends at 10pm. Must be 21+ years of age. $5 suggested donation + the cost of drinks.

The Heritage Wine Company's beautiful store and wine bar is located near Memorial Park. A selection of local wines will be on offer, and the hors-d'oeuvres menu looks delicious!
